Very fantastic place. one of the best place i have ever stayed. the room is spacious & comfortable. The bath tub is big. big and comfy sofa. the staff is very helpful and fast response in whatsapp. even during booking, no receptionist was present however the owner already whatsapp the door password. the place is also near to night market. very recommended place for an affordable price. will surely repeat here if i ever come to sunset town again??

From start to finish, the service and communication were excellent. We communicated via Whatsapp and got a reply almost immediately.Booked the hotel the day before check-in with no regrets. The family room had more than enough space, and a built-in projector made the kids' room very special. Lastly, the Mediterranean style of the room gives a totally unique feeling. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Expect to do a lot of walking as the hotel is on a hill, but it's part of the experience.Could do with a safe.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. Everything! - Perfect location to explore Sunset town.- Very comfortable and beautiful room.- Stephany was very helpful from the beginning. Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis).Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Just some space for improvement for the hotel: Small buffet breakfast or more european options a la cart and coffee machine and you can charge 2x more per night. Then the stay at Mellon Oasis will be perfect.

Everything. The room has a balcony and open bath tub overlooking the amazing sea view. It is excellently decorated and we love the room design. Staff is friendly and would answer to our any queties swiftly. We will come back again.

Clean, comfortable, great location

This property was beautifully and the room very spacious and comfortable, great value for money.

It wasn't a big deal, but there were a few unfinished touches in the room, like holes for power points that weren't covered and also some minor unfinished works in the lobby.

I never take the time to write a review, but I would sincerely recommend Mellow Oasis to everyone. In addition to the very attentive service, the most important thing is that the quality of the rooms really amazed me. Surprising decoration design, perfect room experience, such a high-quality hotel does not require expensive fees. It is no exaggeration to say that I think this is the most cost-effective hotel in Phu Quoc Island. No matter how many days you want to stay, you should stay there. Come and experience this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel; it brought back memories of our vacation in Greece. The atmosphere is serene and the cleanliness is impeccable. Everything appears to be brand new, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We took numerous beautiful photos during our stay, and one of the highlights was watching fireworks from our bathtub.

The indoor pool resembles the small dipping pools often found in Moroccan Riads. It's somewhat shallow and not ideal for swimming, but the kids really enjoyed it.
